Don McIntosh - Development Director
Don was an early leader within the online recruitment sector spending 3 years as UK Managing Director of Top Jobs on the Net and a member of the plc executive managing all European operations. He was also the Chairman of the AOLR, a specialist section of the REC, from its launch in September 2000 and is currently on the committee of the Online Recruitment Marketing Council and is a member of the committee drafting BS8877, the new British Standard for Online Recruitment.
In addition to his involvement in e-recruitment since 1998, Don has over 12 years of direct recruitment experience. This included six years as Managing Director of a Technical and Executive recruitment consultancy within the Adecco Group and 3 years as Director and General Manager of an international recruitment company.
Don is a graduate qualified chartered engineer who in addition to a technical background spent 7 years within the Direct Marketing industry, gaining a diploma in direct marketing.
Paul Duthoit - Director of Technology
Paul is the founding MD of Netsite Ltd, who originally developed the RecruitActive software in the late nineties, and so is very familiar with the day-to-day issues of running and managing software projects, large and small.
His earlier background is commercial banking (15 years) and he used his knowledge gained in the eighties, working on innovative ICT projects (including a mortgage tracking system for CIBC and The Common Trading Platform launched by the IFA sector), to put in place the foundation stones of Netsite Ltd.
Paul heads a team of experienced and professionally qualified creative designers and application developers whose jobs are to deliver solutions for clients.
Jennifer Blythe - Account Manager
Jennifer is the latest addition to the Recruit Active team. Having gained 6 years’ experience of recruitment within various business sectors, Jennifer has a thorough understanding of the current recruitment market and the demands of working within a busy, process driven HR department.
Jennifer also has extensive account management and business development experience both within the UK and overseas. The main function of Jennifer’s role is managing client’s needs from the offset, delivering exceptional customer service, understanding our clients businesses and recruitment requirements and building and developing long lasting business relationships.
